Meet Dr. Allie Nadeau

Form and Function was born from Dr. Nadeau’s personal experience with myofunctional dysfunction and sleep‑disordered breathing. After pursuing advanced education in dental sleep medicine, myofunctional therapy, performance breathing, and airway‑focused dentistry, she was inspired to help other families navigate and overcome these same challenges.

As a dentist, mother, and athlete, Dr. Nadeau understands how critical proper rest posture, nasal breathing, efficient chewing and swallowing are to building lifelong success in total‑body health and performance.

Dr. Nadeau attended St. Francis Xavier University, where she played varsity soccer, before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Dalhousie University. Since graduating, she has practiced across diverse areas of dentistry, including public health, pediatrics, hospital‑based dentistry, and family practice—experiences that strongly shaped her root cause and patient‑centered approach to care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Nadeau is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her husband watching their children play sports.
